Unable to open SportLogic on your Mac after upgrading to macOS 27 Golden Gate

If you are unable to open Sportlogic after upgrading to macOS 27 Golden Gate, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Open Terminal

  1. Hold down the Command (⌘) key and press the Space bar.
  2. Type Terminal and press Return.

Step 2: Enter the command

  1. Type the command below exactly as shown, with no extra spaces or characters. You can also copy and paste it into Terminal. Then press Return.

  1. If Terminal asks you to “Type A and press Return to agree”, type A and press Return.
  2. On some MacBooks, Terminal will ask you to enter your password. Type the password you use to log in to your Mac and press Return. Nothing appears on screen as you type, which is normal.
  3. Wait until Terminal says the install finished, then open Sportlogic again.
