How the Integration Works

The Sportlogic and Xero integration is designed to ensure your financial data flows accurately between both systems, eliminating the need for manual entry and reducing the risk of errors.

Account Mapping

As part of the setup process, our technicians will map the income accounts used in Sportlogic to the corresponding income accounts in Xero.
This step is essential to ensure that all revenue recorded in Sportlogic is correctly categorised in your Xero chart of accounts.

For example:

  • Membership fees in Sportlogic can be mapped to a “Membership Income” account in Xero.
  • Court hire or facility bookings can be mapped to a “Court Hire Income” account in Xero.

This mapping ensures consistency and accuracy in your financial reporting.

Automatic Invoice Sync

Once the account mapping is complete, Sportlogic will automatically send and sync invoices to Xero. Each invoice generated in Sportlogic is transferred with the correct account allocations already applied.

This means:

  • Your invoices appear in Xero without manual input
  • Revenue is allocated to the correct income accounts
  • You can manage receivables, reconciliation, and reporting directly within Xero

With this integration in place, Sportlogic handles the operational side of invoicing, while Xero becomes your central platform for accounting and financial management.
