Steps 2-4 involve guiding you through creating a new invoice. If you already know how to make invoices, feel free to skip them.
- Click “Invoices” in the sidebar to the very left of the screen.
- Click “New Invoice” in the toolbar.
- Now fill in the necessary details for your invoice in the text boxes.
- Click “Save”.
- Now click “Payment…” in the toolbar.
- In the text box labeled “Amount”, enter the amount you received from your client.
- Click “OK”. Now that amount has been deducted from your client’s outstanding amount.
