Operator can now assign an email template which will be used when
- an online user is created form the desktop inTennis or ClassMaestro software OR
- customer signup online
To assign the template, simple select the desired template from
Config – > Online User Template
Note that the support merge fields for online user signup templates are:
${FULL_NAME} – Full name of the new online user
${ONLINE_USER_USERNAME} – user login name to the custoemr portal
${PASSWORD} – user login password in plain text (!use with caution)
${ONLINE_USER_LOGIN_URL} – customer portal URL
