Configuration for Credit Voucher Purchase
Credit vouchers can be issued to students when there is a cancellation (e.g. due to rain).
You can also allow clients to purchase credit vouchers (similar to gift vouchers). This provides an additional revenue stream for your business and offers more flexible options for your clients.
For example, you might allow clients to purchase a $100 voucher for $90 to use on online bookings.
Types of Credit Vouchers (if enabled)
There are four types of credit vouchers:

General – can be used for any eligible purchases

WebBooking – for online court bookings (via customer portal or Tennis Venues)

Class Registration – for class bookings (via Class Hub or customer portal)

Online Private Lesson – for private lesson bookings through the customer portal
1. Enable This Feature
Ask the SportLogic support team to enable this feature for your system.
2. Admin Portal Configuration
Navigate to:
Admin → Business and Accounts → Credit Voucher → Purchase Setting
Here, you will see a list of existing purchase options.
To add a new purchase option:

Click Action → New Purchase Option

Enter the following details:

Description
-
Purchase Amount
-
Credit Amount
-
Voucher Type (General, WebBooking, etc.)

Expiry Date
-
Income Account
-
Tax Code
-
-
Tick Enable to activate the option.
Once enabled, this voucher option will be available for purchase via the customer portal.
3. Customer Portal Experience
In the Customer Portal:

Clients can view their existing credit voucher balances under Accounts → Overview

If purchase options are configured, a “Top Up” button will appear

Clients can choose from the available top-up options
-
A $1 platform fee applies to each purchase
After purchasing, the credit vouchers can be used for:

Online court bookings
-
Class registrations
-
Private lessons
Note: All credit vouchers must be used before their expiry date.
